How do I become a member?
To be able to make purchases on our website, you have to create an account. The set-up to create an account is easy. On top of the screen, click on “login” under “New member”, click on “Continue”.
Enter all the informations and click “Continue”.
You are now a member and you can make purchases on our website.
What methods of payment do you accept for online purchases?
All payments are made with Paypal. Our Paypal adress is : [email protected]. If you are not comfortable to use online payment, at the checkout, choose the option “Cash on delivery” and call us to make payment by phone. We accept both Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Are the products prices listed on your website the same as those in your store?
Yes, the prices are the same. However, some promotions are valid only on our website and others only in our store.
Is it normal that the quantity found in the product packaging is not exactly the same as listed in the description?
In the industry of jewelry wholesaling, a 3% variation in the quantities is considered to be common and therefore acceptable. Nevertheless, with a few exceptions, we will be pleased to honor claims regarding quantity variation and apply a credit note to your account.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes we do. They are available at our store.
How long will it take to receive a product that is out of stock?
This will depend on a number of factors which are out of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. However, we will communicate with you upon reception of your product to confirm if you still wish to purchase it.
Are the products shown on your website the same as those in your store?
Yes, they are the same.
Do you have a store open to the public?
Yes, we do have a store open to the public. You will find us at 3286 bl. St-Martin ouest, Laval, we are close the intersection bl. St-Martin and bl. Chomedey.
What are the business hours of the store?
For purchases online, you can place an order at any time, 7 days a week!
Our opening hours are:
Monday to friday: 11:00 to 18:00
Saturday: 11:00 to 17:00

Can I change the information for my Internet account (e-mail, address, password)?
Yes, in order to change your informations, you have to be logged in. In the section “My account”, you will be able to change all your informations.
Can I save my cart and return to it later?
The content of your cart is automatically saved for your next visit as long as you logged in before adding products in your cart.
Can I make a search using the SKU(bar code) of a product?
If you already know the code of the product, you can type it in the search box located on the top right of the screen. You will be automatically directed to that product.
Once an order is placed, can I add other items?
Yes, you can add more items. On our website, you can make another order and when you get to the CHECKOUT page, choose the option "Store pickup" then on the next page, choose the option "Cash on delivery". A member of our staff will call you to tell you the price adjustment for those added items. (Ex: if in the previous order you had a discount, then we will adjust the new order to the same discount level or the next discount level if the total of those added items reach the next discount level. In the comment area, indicate the number of your previous order so those products will be added to the same order. You can also call us by phone between 11:00 and 17:00.
Is there a minimum purchase required?
There is no minimum purchase required to place an online order. However, if you want to benefit from the discount, you must reach a certain amount. The percentage of your discount increases based on the volume of your purchases. Refer to our price policy section for more information.
All our products are guaranteed from defects. If for some uncontrollable reason some products are defective or if you're not satisfied with them, you can return those products back to us within 30 days of your purchase, we will exchange them or issue a credit for you. A surcharge could be applied for restocking.
***Please note that there are no returns or credit on promotional, clearance or cut items. If the desired product is out of stock, we will also give you a credit.
With your return, please include a copy of the original receipt and the products you want to return. The products must be returned in its original condition and package.
Shipping fees are at your cost. If those products are returned because they are defective, we will give you a credit for your shipping fees. To return the package, please use Canada Post with the normal standard shipping. Please note that Cristal & Billes is not responsible for any damage that occurred in transport.
Returns are only accepted in their original packaging, with the invoice, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchange or credit only, no refund. Before returning the products, you need an authorization number.
Cristal & Billes respect you privacy. NO personal informations will be given to a third party for any reasons.
